Heron Pose Yoga will be closing the studio location at the end of June, 2023.

Circumstances in my life have changed, and I can no longer manage this business and take care of my family while maintaining my personal mental health.

The Wellness Living app will no longer be in service as of June 30, 2023. After that date the sign-up sheet will be on my Facebook page. I will transfer remaining passes to a spreadsheet and track them manually.

Memberships and class packs will no longer be available after May 31, 2023. Individual class admissions can be bought with cash or e-transfer.

I encourage you to use remaining class passes before the end of June, however if you have class passes remaining, I will trade them in for a private 1 on 1 lesson at an exchange of 3:1 if you would like.

Yoga in the park will still be running this summer at Mitchell Lion’s Park on Wednesdays at 6pm.

I will still be offering private 1 on 1 yoga training in my home, or yours. I will also offer private and semi-private stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and SUP yoga lessons on the river in Mitchell throughout the summer if there are any requests.
